Three ways to work together, in one deliberate order

Structured around where your business is today rather than the sector you sell into. Most clients know within a few minutes which one describes them.

How we work together

One engine, built in three layers

We structure the work around where your business is today, not the sector you sell into. Most clients know within a minute which layer describes them.

Layer 01

Foundation

Make it legible

You are on spreadsheets, email and a handful of tools that do not talk. No central system holds it together.

  • Data audited and structured
  • Contacts and accounts in one place
  • A pipeline you can actually see
  • The repetitive manual work automated

Impact in the first month

Most in demand

Layer 02

Infrastructure

Make it reliable

You already have a partial system, but it underperforms and people work around it rather than through it.

  • Full audit and an honest gap analysis
  • Rebuilt on clean architecture, not patched
  • The tools you rely on, finally integrated
  • Automation across the whole operation
  • Live reporting and dashboards you trust

The core of what we do

Layer 03

Growth

Make it compound

Your infrastructure is solid. Growth tunes it to respond fully to what your business now demands of it, and to keep pace as the company scales.

  • Pipeline automation that moves deals forward
  • Accounts read on how they behave — fit, exposure, and the pace and quality of each deal
  • Opportunities progressed without chasing
  • Sales and marketing aligned where your organisation is ready for it
  • A system that compounds over time

Our most advanced layer

Foundation makes it legible  →  Infrastructure makes it reliable  →  Growth makes it compound. Every stage is worth building on — you do not have to walk the whole path with us, but the sequence is real: the advanced work only pays off once the layers beneath it are clean.

Why the order matters

Each layer earns the next

FoundationLegible

GrowthCompounding

Foundation makes the business legible, Infrastructure makes it reliable, and Growth makes it compound. Every stage is worth building on. You do not have to walk the whole path with us — but the sequence is real. The advanced work at the Growth end only pays off once the layers beneath it are clean, so we would rather get the groundwork right than run sophisticated automation on messy data, which is where most CRM budgets quietly disappear.

The three stages in detail

Wherever you start, the path is the same

Each stage builds on the one before it. Read the detail that matches where you are today — or start a conversation and we will point you to the right entry.

MAKE IT LEGIBLE

Foundation

Get set up right

Who this is for

For businesses running on spreadsheets, email, and a handful of disconnected tools, with no central system holding it all together.

This is where we get the basics right, and the basics are worth more than they sound. We audit and structure your data, then organise your contacts and accounts so that for the first time everything lives in one place and means the same thing to everyone. From there we set up a pipeline you can actually see, and we take the most repetitive manual tasks that are quietly eating your week and make them happen on their own. It is fast to deliver and the impact lands in the first month.

Foundation is also where a set of quieter decisions get made, and they are the reason this is real work rather than a quick switch-on. Before anything is built we need to understand how your sales actually run: the stages a deal moves through, the fields you need to capture, how follow-up happens, and the products, price lists, and currencies you sell in. Then there is access: who should see what, and where certain data has to be kept out of certain hands. Get it wrong and the system either exposes information it should not or blocks people from doing their job. We get it right the first time.

The visible part is a clean pipeline. The quieter part is everything that stops being done by hand: leads captured and converted without retyping, opportunities named and organised on their own, and the quotes, proformas and order confirmations generated straight from the record instead of rebuilt in Word each time.

It hands close to a full person’s week back — every week.

What changes

When a pipeline is spread across a shared inbox and a spreadsheet several people edit and none of them fully trust, quoting and follow-up quietly eat close to a day a week per person. We get every account and open deal into one place, put a pipeline in front of you that can be read at a glance, and automate the repetitive admin so it runs on its own. That hands close to a day a week per person back and gives the business a single, trustworthy version of the truth. Nothing exotic. Just a business that can finally see itself.

What the right system gives back

Get this layer right and the time comes back. Salesforce’s State of Sales research finds reps spend only about 28% of their week actually selling, with many giving up 10 to 20 hours a week to admin and manual data entry. With a clean foundation doing that work on its own, a small desk wins back close to a full person’s week, every week, to spend on customers instead of upkeep.

MAKE IT RELIABLE

Infrastructure

Build the engine

Who this is for

For businesses that already have a partial system in place that is not performing the way it should.

This is the core of what we do, and for most clients it is where the greatest value sits. We begin with a proper audit of your existing setup and an honest gap analysis of where it falls short, then fix what is actually weak — rebuilding the parts that cannot be trusted and leaving what already works alone. We target the thin areas rather than touch every corner of your org. We integrate the tools you rely on so they finally talk to each other, and we automate the workflows that run across your whole operation rather than just one corner of it. You come out of it with reporting and dashboards that give you a clear, current view of the business at any moment, and a system that holds together under real pressure instead of breaking the first time something unusual happens.

At this stage the system starts to run the operation, not just record it. Customer and supplier payments are tracked and chased on a schedule, VAT and currency handled in the background, shipments, containers and purchase orders tied to the deals they belong to, contracts renewed on time rather than missed, and month-end reporting that assembles itself from numbers that already agree.

Numbers you can decide on, month after month.

What changes

When a CRM is one everyone technically uses and nobody actually relies on, data sits in several places, figures never quite reconcile, and month-end reporting takes the better part of a week to assemble by hand. We rebuild the core so the numbers agree, connect the moving parts into one operation, and automate the reporting so it is simply true whenever you look at it. That replaces the better part of a week of manual work each month and gives you numbers the business can finally believe. The result is a business whose own numbers it can finally believe.

What the right system gives back

When the architecture is right, the figures reconcile themselves. The same research shows manual data entry and note-taking rank among reps’ most time-consuming tasks, and that poor data quality is one of the biggest barriers to a forecast anyone will trust. A business with clean infrastructure gets those hours back and, more valuable still, numbers it can decide on month after month without rebuilding them by hand.

MAKE IT COMPOUND

Growth

Turn it into growth

Who this is for

For businesses with solid infrastructure already in place, ready to get more out of it, so the system responds fully to what the business demands and grows as the company grows.

Here we get an already-capable system working harder commercially, and this is the most advanced layer for a reason. We automate the pipeline so opportunities move forward without being chased by hand, build engagement sequences that keep the right prospects warm, and design account management that protects and grows the customers you already have. The genuinely advanced work sits here too: understanding which customers behave like your best ones and surfacing that intelligence to your team at the moment it matters, scoring commercial risk before it becomes a problem, and putting the next sensible action in front of a salesperson rather than leaving them to guess. That capability is earned, not bought at the start. We only build it on a foundation clean enough to carry it.

Now the system earns its keep. It scores accounts on how they actually behave, flags credit and payment risk before it bites, prompts the next best move on each account at the right moment, and builds the account plans and follow-up sequences that a growing desk never has time to write by hand.

72% of a seller’s time already goes to non-selling work.

What changes

When a well-built system is not yet pulling its full weight, the team can end up reacting rather than selling, and the best-fit accounts and the quiet ones about to slip both go unnoticed. We surface which accounts behave like your best customers and which are drifting away, and automate the system to prompt the right move at the right moment. That means the team holds on to more of its best customers and chases far less, without growing headcount.

What the right system gives back

This is where the right system pays for itself. By Salesforce’s own numbers, 72% of a seller’s time already goes to non-selling work, so the moments that win or keep a deal are the first to slip. A business whose system watches which accounts behave like its best customers, and which are drifting, keeps the revenue that quietly walks away from everyone else: good-fit leads caught while they are warm, at-risk accounts held before they leave.

When the engine is running, marketing is the next lever

For most organisations at this stage, sales and marketing stop being separate problems. Handled well, they become two halves of the same commercial system, each working better when it can see the other — though how far that goes depends on the organisation and where it is today. A lead nurtured properly comes back to sales warmer, and a sales system full of real data is what makes marketing land. In most businesses, though, the two never actually connect.

Salesforce’s own research bears this out: only around half of marketers have full access to their company’s sales data, so a great deal of marketing runs blind to what sales already knows.

This is worth having in mind as the natural next step once your sales operation is optimised. The same connected setup that runs your sales can run your forms, nurture, campaigns, and seasonal sends, and feed qualified leads straight back into the pipeline they came from. We can build that engine when the time is right. Either way, it belongs on the map.

After go-live

Built to run without us in the room

A system is only worth building if you can own it afterwards. Here is how we set you up to run it — and what is there if you want us to stay close.

Enablement and training

The aim is to leave you able to run the system without us in the room. Every engagement ends with proper documentation and enough hands-on walkthrough for your team to work confidently day to day. Quick questions after that are never a problem. If you want structured training for the team or a steady pair of hands as things evolve, that is available as its own piece of work, and we would rather agree that openly than let you assume it is baked in.

Keeping it running

Once a system is live it needs looking after. Some businesses put a dedicated Salesforce administrator inside their own team to do that. Others would rather keep us on hand for light support as things evolve — the system stays yours, we are just there when you want a second pair of eyes. Either way it is a conversation for later, once there is something built worth maintaining, not a decision for day one.

Not sure which one fits?

That is exactly what the free Salesforce Reality Check is for. Answer a few straight questions and we will show you where your setup stands and which of these three is the right place to start.
